JC Colclasure wins at Park City, Utah

Twenty-one of the world’s best professional parachutists competed in the “super bowl” of Blade running competitions at the Park City Mountain Resort in Park City, Utah. The course was set up on Cb’s run-the Super G Run used during the 2002 Winter Olympics. Reaching speeds up to 70mph, skydivers negotiated the course by swooping between gates at record speeds, keeping as low as possible.

After nine rounds of competition, J.C. Colclasure’s overall performance nabbed him the first place trophy and $5,000. “Blade running is a true advancement in extreme mountain sports as it bridges the gap between amazing disciplines like snowboarding, skiing and parachuting” said Colclasure at the award ceremony.
